Mark Brandon
CEO & Founder
Mark Brandon has spearheaded BZAS’ growth with his focused vision and motivational style. Since he founded the appointment setting company in 1989, he has helped clients increase the quantity of qualified appointments, improve the quality of lead generation and accelerate sales growth. He is a former CEO and Founder of Computer Management Research, as well as Partner, Founder and VP Sales of Manhattan Computer Consultants. With 25 years of experience in sales, sales management and sales consulting, he has worked with top executives, to increase top-line revenue. As a sales consultant, Mark has trained thousands of salespeople and trained hundreds of sales managers. He wrote and authored “The Sales Managers Interviewing Questions & Hiring Guide”, and is a motivational speaker for national, regional and annual sales meetings. He has worked with Anthony Robbins and Dale Carnegie Training Corporate has invited him to increase sales in some of their US franchises. Finally, Mark has consulted for call centers and helped re-engineer and launch inside sales teams. He earned a B.S. in Zoology from North Carolina State University.


Anne Cucchissi-Brandon
COO & VP Strategy
Anne Brandon, a 20 year veteran in marketing and strategy infuses BZAS with her leadership in the practical application of marketing to B2B appointment setting campaigns. Anne leads all of BZAS’ call campaign delivery efforts and manages all project managers in serving the clients. She is a former Strategic Marketing Manager for Arthur Andersen in Los Angeles engaged in the following consulting services: business process re-engineering, change management and technology, market-driven management, computer risk management, business fraud risk management, corporate recovery services and litigation focusing on developing best practices and processes to increase practice line revenue. Previously Anne was a Director of two centers for the Ronkin Educational Group providing test preparation, college selection and application assistance for the college and graduate-bound student. She was fully responsible for marketing, management, training, development, implementation and bottom line revenue of both centers. Anne earned an A.B. in English from Vassar College and studied at Oxford University in Oxford, England.


Rachelle Crowder
Relationship Manager – Client Relations
Rachelle Crowder brings a strong client-serving attitude, a relentless commitment to excellence in her personal performance and over 13 years of business experience. As a highly effective communicator, she leads BZAS in supporting our clients through the appointment setting process. She is responsible for communication with each client, successfully moving them through the BZAS strategy and customization process, as well as, helping clients with all questions and details as a client interface and project manager. Before joining BZAS, she was a Senior Manager of Business Development for RSM EquiCo in Costa Mesa, CA, a multinational investment banking firm, where she was recognized as Sales Person of the Year for two consecutive years. Prior to RSM, she was an Inside Sales Representative for Chapin Medical, where she successfully sold millions of dollars of pharmaceutical products to hospitals and doctors and was consistently a top performer. In addition, she acted as an Account Manager and was responsible for customer service for her clients. Her outstanding customer service drove millions of additional revenue to the company’s bottom line. Rachelle has been a top performer for each of her employers. She attended the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, UT.
 

Patricia Linicomn
Relationship Manager – PAS Relations
Patricia Linicomn is a 21-year business veteran with a strong background in Inside Sales and Management. She brings an innovative, results-oriented attitude and a proven track record for getting the job done. Presently at BZAS, Patricia manages, trains and coaches our Professional Appointment Setters (PAS) utilizing her proven successful track record of setting appointments in a wide range of industries and ability to understand market nuances. She works closely with each PAS to achieve the desired project results and has always responded enthusiastically to any challenge the market may deliver. Prior to joining BZAS, Patricia was an Account Manager at Aegis Communications, where she managed teams of up to 30 employees as well as trained, coached and empowered the Inside Sales force for campaigns of Fortune 100 and 500 companies, such as Olympus America, AT&T and Citibank. Prior to Aegis, she was an Account Manager for Citibank where she managed an inside team that was responsible for Accounts Receivable, as well as timekeeping utilizing Kronos, assuring each project ran efficiently. As a Sales Manager for AT&T, she managed a sales database by tracking sales and assuring agent’s commissions were accurate and paid on time, as well as, spearheading incentive programs for a team of 250 plus employees. Patricia has earned an Associates Degree in General Studies from Central Texas College in Killeen, TX.


Stacy Pruett
Director of Administration
Stacy Pruett brings a one-in-a-million hard work ethic, inspirational attitude and nine years of strong administrative, engineering, customer support and IT training skills. As an energetic spitfire, she brings an eye for detail and strives for perfection in all that she does. Stacy oversees daily reports for the clients as well as database creation and maintenance. With her technology background, she is able to assist the company with computer issues. Before joining the BZAS team, Stacy was a local Operations Assistant for Satellite, Inc., in Kansas City, MO, managing deadlines as well as the liaison between the sales department and current and new clients. Prior to this, she was the Chemical Sales Representative for the Kansas City Heartland District. She earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering with an emphasis in Biochemical Engineering from the University of Missouri in Rolla.


Aimee Thompson
Director of Human Resources
With a passion for HR and a gift of communication, Aimee Thompson spearheads our Human Resources department with over 13 years of human resources experience and expertise within a variety of industries both within the public and private sector. She is a strong communicator and is responsible for recruiting and hiring of our Professional Appointment Setters. Before joining BZAS team, Aimee worked as an Independent Recruiter within the technical, financial and medical fields. Prior to this, Aimee worked as a Resource Manager for the Parson Group in Santa Ana, CA, spearheading their recruiting, hiring and orientation process. In addition, she worked as a Job Search Specialist/Developer for the LA Office of Education where she taught job search and pre-employment classes, developed and conducted “Train the Trainer” workshops and managed job search staff and sites. Aimee earned a B.A. in Social Science from San Jose State University, CA.
